今 日は初めてリーンなパン、フランスパンに近いほうのパンに挑戦。生地的にはうまくいったけど、クープ（切り込み）をちゃんとナイフで入れなかったから開か なかった（涙）オーブンに入れたときにクープの入れ方の失敗に気付いて、時は遅し。。。しかもちょっと焦がしちゃった。。。近いうちにリベンジせねば！
I tried to bake the lean bread which is kind of French bread today. The taste was good, but I took some mistakes. I didn't make a cut the dough, and baked too long:-(
I have to bake the bread again!
